(dancing grenade, where Rifgy is the grenade)

Lore
.
Yordle who lives in Bilgewater, consequently he has taken on a bit of a rougher demeanor. He was indeed born in Bandle City and overall is a lovable character whom you can say, yes that is a yordle. He trained with Teemo for many years in his youth, which no doubt effected his outlook on life. Eventually the rowdy warrior sought more in life and he made his way to the nautical city of Bilgewater.
Development
Rifgy came into being as "bored drawing" still on my Yordle high after completing Kimi and Kichi I was attempting to draw Kichi in truth. The nose went horrible wrong and I stared into the non existent eyes of Rifgy. Before I knew it his tall hair and ruff n tuff personality was taking over. I saved him him for later but every time I tried to move past I began to realize he was in need of the loving.

Champion Concept - Lightning Kid

Lightning Kid

Abilities
Passive: Name
LK has an immense amount of energy coursing through herself and her gear, if she does not handle it carefully LK will Overload and detonate. Detonations deal AoE damage to enemies and LK. If LK is not moving or attacking her energy will not increase. Attacking Increases Overload more than Moving.

Q: “Pop/Flash”
Unleash Overloaded energy as a skill shot dealing AP damage and marking them for Flash, reactivate to Flash, and blind the area around marked target.
Pop does not add to Overload, it lowers it.

W: “P.O.L.E.”
Throw out a Portable Overload Lightning Emitter or P.O.L.E. that LK is linked to in a large area around the P.O.L.E. device. If LK leaves the area her connection to the P.O.L.E. will break slowing her and resetting the abilities cooldown. Reactivating W will snap LK back to the P.O.L.E. location. P.O.L.E. connection gives LK the ‘Grounded’ buff.
Grounded - While connected to a P.O.L.E., a portion of damage taken is converted into energy and stored in the device. Once enough energy is amassed LK’s Next auto attack will have an extended range and deal bonus damage
Casting P.O.L.E. while Overload is channeling will immediately lower LK’s energy amount and release it, sending out an AoE stun.
P.O.L.E.s can be destroyed by enemies, destroying them will increase LK’s Overload level.

E: Name
Discharge” LK begins to vent the magic from her suit, the build-up will convert into a slowing field that will slow all enemies hit and speed LK up.

R: “T.A.Z.E.R.”
LK pulls out her mentor’s last invention the Test Auxillary Zaunite Electrical Rifle, or T.A.Z.E.R., charges it up with her own strength, and releases three 1/2/3 shots of pure energy. Each shot deals a base amount of damage over the length of the shot. Any Overcharge LK has will be released as bonus true damage to her target.

Lore
LK’s past is rather dark, in contrast to her seemingly bright fighting style. Assistant to a brilliant Zaun scientist, LK had a bright future, they had been developing a device that could convert raw magic into stable, usable energy. Until a Piltover raid changed her life. The attack came without warning LK and her mentor were not fighters, they were scientists, but they had to do something. LK grabbed the prototype T.A.Z.E.R. and attempted to reverse its flow and blast the intruders. There was a bright flash and when LK woke her mentor, and most of the raiders were dead. LK was damaged and had transformed by the release of magic. While still human she now wielded massive amounts of energy, so she created the suit she wears to help contain the power and now seeks redemption in Summoner’s Rift, as well as redemption on any Piltovian.

Development
This champion came into my mind when I was listening to “Thousand lies” song by Offspring.

Champion Concept Yordle digger

Could get away with making this fella a support.

Passive: can be similiar to an old time alarm system, but instead of killing a canary with poison gas he could be alerted when he is getting ganked, via a trap he can place.

Developing a support to pitch Riot Games, and boy oh do I sympathize with the teams who work on kits and art! As Always Hoping for some feedback and opinions.

Underlined content is iffy in my opinion and could be removed or edited.

Hecter's KIT

Passive:

Q:

W:

E:

R:
Lasso a single target rooting them, hecter pulls himself into the target fans 3 shots into them before disengaging in target direction
(A Warwick ult on a carry?)

Tips and Tricks
Builds

I want to go through my entire thought process on this champion.

From old man whiskers to a younger acrobatic robot This guy has been driving me nuts, I love the thought of another golem, duo lane with blitz anyone? But man his kit is frustrating! From Heat based damage that makes him fan fire when he dies and sends his head flying, to a rodea cowboy who ults you with his lasso and rides you for a few seconds before flipping you off. He has potential that's blocked by conflicting identity in his art.

Champion Concept "Chevelle" Top Lane Duelist

Developing a Top Laner to pitch Riot Games and boy oh do I sympathize with the teams who work on kits and art! As Always Hoping for some feedback and opinions.

Underlined content is iffy in my opinion and could be removed or edited.

Here is the quick version. She is a dueler with a whip.

Primary Role: Top Laner

Secondary Role: Fighter

Primary Damage Type: Attack Damage

Pros: High Damage, excellent skirmish potential

Cons: can fall very far behind if camped, needs time to scale

(Kit made by Samuel Berridge)

Chevelle's KIT

Passive: Each basic attack adds a stack of Fury (max of nine stacks) which empower all abilities with percent health damage.

Q: Lashes out whip, if hit target the cooldown is reduced by 50%

W: 'attack steroid', when activated auto attacks apply damage over the next "X" seconds, however attack speed is reduced by 30%

E: lashes whip, slowing enemy and increases move speed toward slowed enemy

R: whip becomes cat of nine tails, all auto attacks and abilities now chain to nearby enemies

Tips and Tricks
Builds

I want to go through my entire thought process on this champion.

It started out with a league game, I was top lane enjoying some carnage as Fiora, and thought. I want to duel a Fiora, a legit champ with dashes and blocks and such a cool kit that it can match up to Fiora's. How can I develop someone to challenge the grand duelist?! So I started with the weapon and some ideas for kits.
Using a whip dipped in oil and lit on fire was a huge starting point for the kit and I was excited by the thought oh Indiana Jones hitting league! Knowing it wouldn't work I called up my good buddy and duo queue mate Sam. Pitched him my thoughts and a few minutes later he sent me a picture of her kit written on an envelope. What a guy! I developed the art immediately but stalled out on how to design her face, how can I create Fiora's equal! I eventually had to rid my mind of the counter duelist idea and just embrace the kit and build her off of that.

Champion Concept "Kichi"Yordle Jungler

Developing a Yordle Jungler to pitch Riot Games and boy oh do I sympathize with the teams who work on kits and art! Hoping for some feedback and opinions.

Underlined content is iffy in my opinion and could be removed or edited.

Here is the quick version. He is a yordle on a fluffy beast.

Primary Role: Jungler

Secondary Role: Mage

Primary Damage Type: Ability Power

Pros: clears jungle camps fast, has high DoT in fights, excellent in skirmishes, is a Yordle

Cons: lacks hard engage, early game Kichi is heavily reliant on Blue Buff

THE KIT

Passive:Mystic Fire
All targets hit with Emboldened abilities are marked with a stack of Mystic Fire and take bonus damage from Kichi and deal less damage to him.

Q: Fireball
60 Mana
12 Seconds
Kichi hurls a fireball from his torch in a target direction stopping at the first enemy hit and dealing magic damage.
Emboldened: Fireball is now enhanced, dealing extra damage and explodes dealing a small AoE of magic damage.

W: Emboldening Brazier
No Cost
15 Seconds
Passive: Kichi stores charges of Mystic Fire from his torch in two braziers mounted on each side of Kimi's saddle. If Kichi has one charge remaining his auto attacks apply magic damage to the target over the next few seconds. Immolated targets take more damage from Kichi's basic attacks and deal less to him.
Active: Consume a Mystic Fire charge to Embolden your next ability. Not using the charge will replace the flame. (trick would be to get three charges ready by timing the charges and consuming one)

E: 'Kimi Kick!'/ 'Kimi Bite!'
55 Mana
24 Seconds
Kimi whips around and kicks the target back a short distance. Enemies are stunned if they hit terrain and gives Kimi a move speed increase.
Emboldened: Kimi lunges a short distance biting the target, dealing massive magic damage. Kills on minions and monsters reduce cooldown by half. Kills grant defensive stats to Kimi and Kichi. Max stacks of 5.

R: Flush 'em Out
120 Mana
105 Seconds
Immediately ignites all brush in a large surrounding area. All enemy targets caught in ignited brush are marked with Mystic Fire and take magic damage over the next few seconds. Enemies leave a short trail behind them over the next few seconds that only Kichi and Kimi can see.
Emboldened:
(kit could be all moved around and sti
ll work but the intent is to have him hunt you down and bring his team to you for the kill)

Tips and tricks: Take W first to help with your clear time.
Use your ult to check the area when in those late game stalls, it might just save the game to know where they are in a bush.
To counter Kichi deny him his blue buff, most if his kit has high mana costs.

Build: Build with high ganked threat and mid game team fighting in mind. He drops off later filling the role of utility with vision and CC when catching out enemies.

I want to go through my entire thought process on this champion.

The idea started with one thing, a Torch. I overheard a conversation as I walked by one day and the words 'olympic torch bearer' were spoken. For some reason the phrase struck me as interesting, having just finished a League of Legends match against a very fed Master Yi, a champion was born at that moment. Was he a hard Yi counter? Or maybe a new better, faster, stronger Yi. Who knew but I knew I had to make a champion with a Torch....or so I started with.

As many know the first idea isn't always the best so I mulled it over thinking....
Torch, torch bearer, fire, medieval torch, the show "Merlin" (great show), wait....fire okay torches so hunting party?

They use torches to hunt right? What if I made a Gangplank style, mean green jungler with some hounds on leashes! Then it became one hound and a yordle, then a yordle on a mount. I sketched out a big fluffy cute bear cat thing and shortly after I felt it click. This yordle was a hunter he wore you down until finally discovering you huddled and hiding in a corner before he struck you down. Wait I love yordles and although they do go bad apple Veigar sometimes its not their fault. So the evil demeanor lost its appeal atop his fluffy friend. It took the help of my good friend Joe (league handle "Krim") Before settling on fire and immolation and pack leader. Trying to shy away from the whole evil killer feel, but still the torch was there in his hands. Now what? I am even today torn about the cohesiveness of his kit. and his story, would it be better riding a dragon but would i change his kit? is it to similar? Who knows!
